An Evening of Raw Food Delight: June 28th

It has been suggested that I host an evening of raw food delight, whereby people can come and experience plant based raw and living food. On Saturday June 28th at 7.30pm an informal gathering will take place at Bronwen Cottage near Pentraeth, Anglesey.

This will include a two course organic meal with a free flow of loose leaf herb tea. Please feel free to bring any other kind of beverage (we don't charge corkage!). There is parking for those in camper vans or a double ensuit bedroom if you wish to stay over in the b&b (www.bronwenlivingfoods.co.uk). The Indoor Green Workshop: June 7th

With the warming of the weather this is a perfect time to become more green fingered and familiar with how to sow, nurture, harvest and nourish ourselves with Indoor Greens. These include wheatgrass, barleygrass, buckwheat lettuce, sunflower green's and snow pea shoots. Super nutritious food that can be grown year round, hence the name Indoor Greens.

On Saturday June 7th 2008 at Bronwen Cottage, Nr Pentraeth, Anglesey: 11a.m until 3p.m....a workshop on Indoor Greens will turn our fingers green. A fun filled, informative, top tips practical time together including: a flow of organic loose leaf herb teas/filtered water, live food demonstrations, a two course organic meal (savoury & sweet).

'The Raw Food Files' Release Date: Summer 2008

Filming has been completed and it comprises conversations with people from the UK raw food movement/culture of today.
